15  | 詳投狀，詞理分明，依狀施行。如不著實指定因由，即海行文字申嶽，乞指揮差神將同本屬城隍，被咒家司命五道，逐村社廟靈壇，乃至內外，子細察探，是何色人，以何師巫，在何鬼廟，許何物色，枉殺良民，未能解釋。當院於本人家建生天臺，未審前件去處，仰神將就彼管押赴臺。候到，即時行遣，存見本人冤魂，默言云：弟子某，與汝先有冤恨，汝何故牽纏，於陰司為禍至此。見今某臥疾，今吾為汝廣為齋醮，經文錢馬資薦，令汝就此臺生天。今後須管改心易行，更莫似前執對。若不稟此指揮，歷劫冤對，不能托化。如不聽吾言，當禁汝入斗獄，碎汝形影，化為微塵。急急如律令。 |
