37  | 雍正八年庚戌正月壬午上諭內閣從來左道妖言如䜟緯圖記禨祥禍福之屬皆足以惑世誣民為人心風俗之大患自古帝王皆深惡而嚴禁之苟有犯者必置重典雖赦不宥所以為世道民風計者至深逺也朕觀陜西之人秉性直魯凡好為誕妄之說者多至此省搖惑人心年來屢有其事已降㫖切加訓誡矣觀滿洲漢軍人等亦每易為此等邪說所惑昨總督范時繹又於江南人家查出違禁圖䜟之書是草野之間妖言惑衆之風未嘗止息地方官員儻不能化導禁約轉從而崇信之是竟以身為庶民之倡又何怪閭閻無知之人沉溺其中而不知覺悟耶凡造為災異禍福之說者其言不驗則為害尚小儻天時氣數偶與其言相合一二則信者愈衆而為害愈大甚至心懐不軌之徒借此妖言妄興兵革荼毒生靈不可不防其漸也滿洲八旗大臣弁兵等皆國家干城腹心之寄況我滿洲忠義之氣技勇之才實為人所莫及果能安分循理盡忠孝之道無邪僻之行自然上邀 |
