16  | 審得史魯乃萬金蟒惡，素為不軌。貪財無厭，囗霸一方。凌虐小民，雖握髮豈足以數其罪哉！乃今違例磊債，毆死孔昭，兇殘亦已甚矣。反誣孔昭夤夜入室偷盜家財，以賊打死勿論，希圖掩飾。此其肆行何其慘，而為謀何其詭也！豈知人心不昧。鄉有公評，黨裡干證，眾口一詞，俱稱「白晝磊債所殺事真，黑夜竊盜乃死事假。」魯之惡不可言，魯之罪不可赦，擬以主死大辟，用答地下冤魂。下手家丁，照律問罪。乾徵人等，公直無私，足追古道，實警將來。取供申報。 |
