27  | 乆冷痢者由肠虚而寒积故冷痢乆不断也而廪丘公说云诸下悉寒也凡人肠中大便有寒则常鸭溏有热则傧●人见病身体发热而下便谓热下非也平常恒自将节饮食衣被调适其人无宿寒者大便自调强人适发越薄衣冷饮食表有热不觉里冷而胃内潜冷冷即下也今始发热而下当与理中汤加大附子一枚连服三四剂重覆令微汗出微汗出则热除不复冷胃气温暖下与发热俱瘳矣宿寒之家其人常自患冷蹑湿地若足踏凁地或衣被薄皆发风下最恶何谓风下当风吹腰腹冷气彻里而暴下者难治也乆痢胃虚气逆则变呕呕而气逆遇冷折之气逆不通则变哕亦变湿䘌也胃虚虫动故也 |
