69  | 太元元年，苻堅遣其將茍萇、毛當、梁熙、姚萇來寇，渡石城津。天錫集議，中錄事席仂曰：「先公既有故事，徐思後變，此孫仲謀屈伸之略也。」眾以仂為老怯，咸曰：「龍驤將軍馬達，精兵萬人距之，必不敢進。」廣武太守辛章保城固守。章與晉興相彭知正、西平相趙疑謀曰：「馬達出於行陣，必不為用，則秦軍深入。吾相與率三郡精卒，斷其糧運，決一朝命矣。」征東常據亦欲先擊姚萇，須天錫命。天錫率萬人頓金昌城。馬達萬人逆萇等，因請降，兵人散走。常據、席仂皆戰死。司兵趙充哲與萇苦戰，又死。中衛將軍史景亦沒于陣。天錫大懼，出城自戰，城內又反。天錫窘逼，降于萇等。初，天錫所居安昌門及平章殿無故而崩，旬日而國亡。即位凡十三年。自軌為涼州，至天錫，凡九世，七十六年矣。苻堅先為天錫起宅，至，以為尚書，封歸義侯。 |
