周代名也易书名也其卦本伏羲所画有交易变易之义故谓之易其辞则文王周公所繋故繋之周以其简㐮重大故分为上下篇经则伏羲之画文王周公之辞也并孔子所作之传十篇凡十二篇中间颇为诸儒所乱近世晁氏始正其失而未能尽合古文吕氏更定著为经二卷传十卷乃复孔氏之旧云

坤下坤上坤元亨利牝马之贞君子有攸徃先迷后得主利西南得朋东北丧朋安贞吉

者耦也隂之数也坤者顺也隂之性也注中者三画卦之名也经中者六画卦之名也隂之成形莫大于地此卦三画皆耦故名坤而𧰼地重之又得坤焉则是隂之纯顺之至故其名与象皆不易也牝马顺而健行者阳先隂后阳主义隂主利西南隂方东北阳方安顺之为也贞健之守也遇此卦者其占为大亨而利以顺健为正如有所徃则先迷后得而主于利徃西南则得朋徃东北则丧朋大低能安于正则吉也
𥘉六履霜坚氷至六隂爻之名隂数六老而八少故谓隂爻为六也霜隂气所结盛则水冻而为氷此爻隂始生于下其端甚㣲而其𫝑必盛故其𧰼如履霜则知坚氷之将至也夫隂阳者造化之本不能相无而消长有常亦非人所能损益也然阳主生隂主杀则其𩔖有淑慝之分焉故圣人作易于其不能相无者既以健顺仁义之属明之而无所偏主至其消长之际淑慝之分则未尝不致其扶阳抑隂之意焉盖所以賛化育而参天地者其㫖深矣不言其占者谨㣲之意已可见于象中矣六二直方大不习无不利柔顺正固坤之直也赋形有定坤之方也德合无疆坤之大也六二柔顺而中正又得坤道之纯者故其德内直外方而又顺大不待学习而无不利占者有其徳则其占如是也六三含章可贞或从王事无成有终六隂三阳内含章美可贞以守然居下之上不终含藏故或时出而从上之事则始虽无成而后必有终爻有此象故占者有此德则如此占也六四括囊无咎无誉括囊言结囊口而不出也誉者过实之名谨密如是则无咎而亦无誉矣六四重隂不中故其象占如此盖或事当谨密或时当隐遁也六五黄裳元吉黄中色裳下饰六五以隂居尊中顺之德充之诸内而见于外故具象如此而其占为大善吉也占者德必如是则其占亦如是矣春秋传南蒯将叛筮得此爻以为大吉子服惠伯曰忠信之事则可不然则败外强内温忠也和以率贞信也故曰黄裳元吉黄中之色也裳下之饰也元善之长也中不忠不得其色下不共不得其饰事不善不得其极且夫易不可以占险二者有阙筮虽当未也后蒯果败此可以见占法矣上六龙战于野其血𤣥黄隂盛之极至与阳争败俱伤其𧰼如此占者如是其凶可知用六利永贞用六言凡得隂爻者皆用六而不用八亦通例也以此卦纯隂而居首故发之遇此卦而六爻俱变者其占如此辞盖隂柔不能固守变而为阳则能永贞矣故戒占者以利永贞即乾之利贞也自坤而变故不足以大亨云

震下离上噬嗑亨利用狱噬啮也嗑合也物有间者啮而合之也为卦上下阳而中虚頥口之象九四一阳间于其中必啮之而后合故为噬嗑其占当得亨通者有间故不通啮之而合则亨通矣又三隂三阳刚柔中半下动上明下雷上电本自益卦六四之柔上行以至于五而得其中是以以隂居阳虽不当位而利用狱盖治狱之道惟威与明而得中之为贵故筮得之者有其德则可应其所占也初九屦校灭趾无咎𥘉上无位为受刑之象中四爻为用刑之𧰼𥘉在卦始罪薄过小又在卦下故为屦校灭趾之象止恶于初故得无咎占者小伤而无咎也六二噬肤灭鼻无咎祭有肤鼎盖肉之柔脆噬而易嗑者六二中正故其所治如噬肤之易然以柔柔刚故虽甚易亦不免于伤灭其鼻占者虽伤而终无咎也六三噬腊肉遇毒小吝无咎腊肉谓兽腊全体骨而为之者坚韧之物也隂柔不中正治人而人不服为噬腊遇毒之象占虽小吝然时当噬嗑于义为无咎也九四噬乾胏得金矢利艰贞吉胏肉之带骨者与胾通周礼狱讼入钧金束矢而后聼之九四以刚居柔得用刑之道故有此象言所噬愈坚而得聼讼之冝也然必利于艰难正固则吉戒占者冝如是也六五噬乾肉得黄金贞厉无咎噬乾肉难于肤而易于腊胏者也黄中色金亦谓钧金六五柔顺而中以居尊位用刑于人人无不服故冇此象然必贞厉乃得无咎亦戒占者之辞上九何校灭耳凶何负也过极之阳在卦之上恶极罪大凶之道也故其象占如此离下艮上贲亨小利有攸徃贲餙也卦自损来者柔自三来而文二刚自二上而文三自既济而来者柔自上来而文五刚自五上而文上又内离而外艮有文明而各得其分之象故为贲占者以其柔来文刚阳得隂助而离明于内故为亨以其刚上文柔而艮止于外故小利有攸徃𥘉九贲其趾舎车而徒刚徳明体自贲于下为舎非道之车而安于徒歩之象占者自处当如是也六二贲其须二以隂柔居中正三以阳刚而得止皆无应与故二附三而动有贲须之象占者冝从上之阳刚而动也九三贲如濡如永贞吉一阳居二隂之间得其贲而润泽者也然不可溺于所安故有永贞之戒六四贲如皤如白马翰如匪冦㛰媾皤白也马人所乗人白则马亦白矣四与𥘉相贲者乃为九三所隔而不得遂故皤如而其徃求之心如飞翰之疾也然九三刚正非为㓂者也乃求㛰媾耳故其象如此六五贲于丘园束帛戋戋吝终吉六五柔中为贲之主敦本尚实得贲之道故有丘园之象然隂性吝啬故有束帛戋戋之象束帛薄物戋戋浅小之意人而如此虽可羞吝然礼奢寕俭故得终吉上九白贲无咎贲极反木复于无色善𥙷过矣故其象占如此
