《卷九 雜門》
268  | 治蟲之藥。必在夏月龍蛇起陸之時。服之方易奏功。若在萬類蟄藏之際。雖有合劑。不能取效也。丹溪以上半月。蟲頭向上。易治。當以上半日為是。先以糖蜜、肉汁、香甜物引起。後用殺蟲藥。然須為散。以渣滓可入蟲口也。痔漏中蟲蝕下部。肛盡穿腸者。取蝦蟆青背者一枚。入蘆薈一錢。用生雄雞脛骨二莖。入滿雌黃並用鹽泥固濟。燒存性。合和為散。入腦、麝、硼砂各少許。再研極細。先以豬蹄甲三枚。胡葱七莖。煎湯日洗。紙捻 干。吹下部孔內。令深入。外以黑膏蓋之。日吹一次。以管盡為度。如或希奇怪病。除痰血外。百治不效者。即是蟲為患。視其經絡虛實。參脈證消息治之。蟲在肝。令人恐怖。眼中赤壅。在心。心煩發躁。在脾。勞熱。 |
