51  | 洨河發源獲鹿之蓮花營洚北村二泉。其源頗有堙塞。至灤城西南。合北沙河而流始漸大。澆溉可資。但苦岸高。難以升引。應作壩以壅之。俾水與岸平。開溝二三尺。縱橫俱可通流。涓滴皆為我用矣。伏秋水漲。則決壩以洩之。旱澇無虞。萬全之利也。浚河下流。自寧晉入泊。舊有石閘三座。遺跡尚存。現今兩岸居民。尚戽水以澆畦麥。其為水利之用。亦可想見矣。 |
