《卷十一 婦人門下》
49  | 產後因虛火載血上行而暈。用鹿茸灰為細末。好酒童便灌下。一呷即醒。行血極快。產後昏暈嘔逆。不能飲食。此胃虛挾痰所致。以抵聖散去赤芍加炮姜、茯苓。慎不可用芎、歸血藥膩膈。其嘔逆愈不能止矣。初產血暈。速與扶起勿臥。用韭葉一握。切碎。入有嘴瓷瓶中。將醋煎滾。澆入瓶內。急蓋瓶口。以嘴向婦鼻孔。令氣透入鼻中即蘇。若惡露未盡。忽昏悶不省人事。須問先因感氣而下胎者。以二陳加芎、歸、香附、桃仁、山楂、姜汁。切不可作中風治。產後口眼 斜等證。當大補氣血。十全大補下黑龍丹。肥人佐以痰藥。如星、半、木香之類。若作中風治。而用小續命必殆。若腹中刺痛者。嚴氏清魂散。血暈語言顛倒。健忘失志。此血入心包。宜失笑散加鬱金。或用血竭、沒藥等分為末。熱酒和童便調下二錢。良久再服。惡血自下。 |
