42  | 汉昭帝之御干，时犹眇年。能首率乎农务，遂躬耕乎弄田。理叶生知，蚤识邦家之本；事殊儿戏，斯为教化之先。当其，天驷既端，土膏初起。命开钩盾之侧，将幸上林之里。有司于是，整沟塍，修耒耜。别置膏腴之所，取灋百廛；旁观龌龊之间，如方千里。帝乃，驾雕辇，出深宫。展三推而不异，籍千畆以攸同。且曰，朕位极元首，身惭幼冲。每访皇王之业，无先播植之功。未遂躬亲于彼神皋之内，聊将树艺于兹禁苑之中。然后，俯天颜，拥农器。向畎浍以懋力，对锄耰而多思。岂无宴乐，不如敬顺于天时；亦有游畋，莫若勤劳于农事。是则，非同学稼，粗表亲耕。既留心于东作，宁无望于西成。环卫近臣，尽起西畴之兴；宫闱侍女，微生南畆之情。于时，稼政既修，稲人是率。千牛之列有序，九鳸之官咸秩。神农旧务，尝废于他年；后稷馀风，复兴于此日。嘉夫，戏或是戏，为胜不为。审殷阜之由此，知艰难之在斯。自昔庸君多昧三时之务，惟兹少主能分五地之宜。故得，敎化下敷，皇猷上建。人忘荷挿之苦，俗有带牛之愿。因知剪桐叶以命封，未若耕斯田而天下劝。 |
