227  | 應議者犯罪 一，凡宗室覺羅婦女，出名具控案件，除系呈送忤逆照例訊辦外，其餘概不准理。如有擅受，照例參處。儻實有冤抑，許令成丁弟兄子侄或母家至戚抱告。無親丁者，令其家人抱告。官為審理，如審系虛誣，罪坐抱告之人。若婦女自行出名刁控，或令人抱告後覆自行赴案，逞刁擬結後涜控者，無論所控曲直，均照違制律治罪。有夫男者，罪坐夫男，無夫男者，罪坐本身，折罰錢糧。 |
