18  | 《周禮》：蠟氏掌除鈙，有死於道路者，埋而置楬焉。又族師，十家為聯，五人為伍，使相葬埋。古製民之產，名山、大川、廣穀無禁。地，公地也，恣民之所使之，故送死無憾。今任土之法廢矣，尺寸皆民私也。流離之氓，夭為鳧歿，橋死於中野，橫陳而已。誰能無穢虐士，而損所有以仁其類乎？ |
