9  | 淮水出唐州桐栢縣大復山東過義陽今信陽州也東過褒信汝水自西北來入之東過安豐決水自南來入之東北有窮水從北來入之東過下蔡潁水從西北來入之東過壽春肥水從東南來入之淝河自安豐城中流出入淮今淤塞矣又東北有濠水入之東過鍾離又東過盱眙有汴水從北來入之有濄水出淮陽入淮謂之渦河渦與濄同音戈東至山陽通䢴溝䢴音寒亦名韓江亦名䢴溟溝春秋時吳將伐齊霸中國故於廣陵城東南築䢴城城下掘深溝通江入淮以便糧道今楚州淮安之水即古䢴溝之水率以埧堰限之其淮水自唐州信陽州來尚淺且狹其下諸水滙之乃大而深東下至邳之宿遷淮安之桃源二縣之境合大清口小清口黃河之水趍安東州入海安東宋之漣水軍也班固云淮水行三千二百四十里 |
