57  | 一口鼻雖由胃火而亦有非火之異蓋胃火之臭其氣濁穢亦必兼口熱口乾及別有陽明火證者是也若無火脉火證而臭如餿腐或如酸肨及胃口吞酸飲食噯滯等證亦猶隂濕留垢之臭自與熱臭者不同是必思慮不遂及脾弱不能化食者多有之此則一為陽證宜清胃火一為隂證宜調補心脾不得謂臭必皆熱以致生他病也 |
