82  | 晉高祖天福二年九月，判詳定院梁文矩奏，以前汴州陽武縣主簿左墀進策十七條，可行者有四：其一，請於黃河夾岸，防秋水暴漲，差上戶充堤長，一年一替，委本縣令十日一巡，如怯弱處不早處治，旋令修補，致臨時渝決有害。秋苗既失，王租，俱為墮事堤長，刺史縣令勒停。敕曰：「份鶯影渡，罨ぬ錙┟克瓴，畹壇ぜ裱，採釵濟要，逐旬遣縣令看行，稍恐煩勞，堤長可差，縣令宜止」。 |
