3  | 莊烈帝勤於庶政，不邇聲色，用度節儉，宮廷嚴肅，嘗鑒天啟朝內外交通之弊，有朕兆，必痛絕之。周后略言鄭鄤，而誅之更速；田妃薦霍維華而斥之別宮。周后言「南邊還有一个家」，帝立窮其何處得來？后以陳仁錫為其家門客，有「吾家探花」之語，上即曰：「既是汝家探花，莫想作閣老否？」后亂以他語而罷，即至推重之。懿安后言周延儒之短，上怒索傳語者，懿安堅諱，帝堅請，懿安至欲自殺，乃已。防微杜漸，可謂嚴已。此書語語翔實，而事迹較詳，則雜紀體製所以異於正史也。 |
