81  | 皮膚癢，痛癢皆屬火，火甚則痛，微則癢。觀火近灼則痛，遠烘則癢，可見。或以為風者，風即火氣，非有二也。此內風也。亦有火氣欲散，忽感外風，鬱火不得外散，進退皮膚間，擾動作癢者。仲景《傷寒論·太陽篇》有脈浮遲，面熱赤，不能得小汗，身必癢之文，可參也。若無外風，不得誤用風藥，以証既屬火，則血必虛，風藥燥血，不可用也，但宜清火養血。血行風自滅。又火與元氣不兩立，火之盛，氣之虛也。然瀉火便是補氣，不必用補中、四君並見氣等。大抵遍身瘙癢，由肺家血虛火盛而生風，宜四物見血加二冬、桑枝、蟬蛻、殭蠶、牛蒡、刺蒺藜、威靈仙，外用蒼耳葉、地膚子、浮萍，煎水浴。 |
