28  | 乾隆十九年，琉球國中山王尚穆遣陪臣毛元翼、蔡宏謀等上表請封。二十一年五月初七日，上遣侍讀全魁、中允周煌往封。六月二十二日渡海，舟泊姑米山候風。忽颶風大作，經三晝夜，接封大夫鄭秉和請易小舟登岸暫避，使者以詔敕在舟不從。二十四日風愈暴，四股椗索十餘一齊皆斷，柁走，龍骨觸礁而折，底穿入水。是既昏黑兼大雷雨，帆葉廚棚吹落殆盡。 |
| 29 | 倏見神火飛向桅木，焚招風旗而墜，又海面一燈浮來，若煙霧籠罩狀。於是眾悉呼曰：「天后遣救至矣。」須臾，船身直趨向岸，一礁石透入船腹，不動亦不沉。因令解杉板小舟下水，捧詔節陸續登岸，同舟二百餘人舉慶更生，皆云皇上洪福所庇。 |
