10  | 嵇康《養生論》云：「養生有五難：名利不去，一難也；喜怒不除，二難也；聲色不去，三難也；滋味不絕，四難也；神慮精散，五難也。五者必存，雖心希難老，口誦至言，咀嚼英華，呼吸大陽，不能不曲其操，不犮其年也。五者無於胸中，則信順日濟，玄德日全，不祈憙而有福，不求壽而自延，此亦養生之大經也。然或有服膺仁義，無甚泰之累者。」抑亦其亞也。 |
