110  | 至道元年正月戊申朔，改元，赦京畿系囚，流罪以下递降一等，杖罪释之。蠲诸州逋租，蠲陜西诸州去年秋税之半。丙辰，诏作上清宫成。丁巳，凉州吐蕃当专以良马来献。戊午，占城国王杨陀排遣使来贡。辛酉，上御乾元门观灯。癸亥，契丹大将韩德威诱党项勒浪、嵬族自振武犯边，永安节度使折御卿邀击，败之于子河㲼，勒浪等乘乱反击德威，遂杀其将突厥大尉、司徒、舍利等，获吐浑首领一人，德威仅以身免。戊辰，以翰林学士钱若水为右谏议大夫、同知枢密院事，枢密副使刘昌言罢为给事中。以宣祖旧第作洞真宫成。甲戌，李继迁遣使以良马、橐驼来贡。 |
