41  | 若軍將有事，則與祭有司將事于四望。軍將有剩竁將與敵合戰也。鄭司農云：「則與祭，謂軍祭表祃軍社之屬，小宗伯與其祭事。」玄謂與祭有司，謂大祝之屬，蓋司馬之官實典焉。○與，音預，注「則與」、「與其祭」、「與祭」、「與執事」同。 |
| 108 | ［疏］「凡四」至「為位」○釋曰：案《大司馬》，仲冬教大閱，教戰訖，入防。將田，既陳，乃設驅逆之車。有司馬表貉于陳前，此時肆師為位而祭也。○注「貉師」至「黃帝」○釋曰：知「貉，師祭也」者，《爾雅》云「是類是祃」，故知貉為師祭也。云「貉讀為十百之百」者，鄭以聲讀之，必名此祭為貉者，以其取應十得百，為十倍之義。云「祭造軍法」者，凡言祭者祭先，明是先世創首造軍法者也。云「禱氣勢之增倍也」者，謂禱祈使師有氣勢，望得所獲增益十倍，還釋貉字之意也。云「其神蓋蚩尤，或曰黃帝」者，案《史記》，黃帝與蚩尤戰于涿鹿之野，俱是造兵之首。案《王制》云：「天子將出，類乎上帝。」注云：「帝謂五德之帝。」是黃帝以德配類，則貉祭祭蚩尤。是以《公羊》說曰：「師出曰祠，兵入曰振旅。祠者，祠五兵矛、戟、劍、楯、弓、鼓及祠蚩尤之造兵者。」謹案：《三朝記》曰「蚩尤，庶人之強者」，何兵之能造。故鄭云或曰黃帝也。故《禮說》云「黃帝以德行」。蚩尤與黃帝戰，亦是造兵之首。故漢高亦祭黃帝、蚩尤於沛庭也。 |
