《第十五卷（十三則）》
3  | 王韶熙河王韶取熙河，國史以為嘗游陝西，采訪邊事，遂詣闕上書。偶讀《晁以道集．與熙河錢經略書》，云：「熙河一道，曹南院棄而不城者也。其後夏英公喜功名，欲城之，其如韓、范之論何？又其後有一王長官韶者，薄游陽翟，偶見《英公神道碑》所載云云，遂竊以為策以乾丞相。時丞相是謂韓公，視王長官者稚而狂之。若河外數州，則又王長官棄而不城者也。彼木徵之志不淺，鬼章之睥睨尤近而著者，隴拶似若無能，頗聞有子存，實有不可不懼者。」此書蓋是元祐初年，然則韶之本指乃如此。予修史時未得其說也。《英公碑》，王岐公所作，但云嘗上十策。若通唃廝囉之屬羌。當時施用之，餘皆不書，不知晁公所指為何也？ |
