56  | 爾雅云蘇桂荏蘇荏類故名桂荏薔虞蓼虞蓼澤蓼本草云荏狀如蘇白色其子碾之雜米作糜甚肥美下氣補益東人呼為䔡以其似蘇字但除禾旁故也齊民要術云三月可種荏蓼崔寔又云正月可種荏子白者良黄者不美蓼宜水畦種荏則隨宜園畔漫擲嵗嵗自生矣荏子壓取油可以煑餅荏油色緑可愛其氣香美煑餅亞於麻油而勝麻子脂膏荏油不可以為澤焦人髪碾為臛美於麻子逺矣又可以為燭為帛煎油彌佳荏油性淳塗帛勝香油蓼作葅者長二寸則剪絹袋盛沉於醤瓮中又長更翦常得嫩者若待秋子成而落莖死堅硬葉又枯焦取子者候實成速收之性易凋零晚則落盡五月六月中蓼可以為虀食二菜實菜中之用廣而多益者芹 |
