2 清心释累,绝虑忘情,少思寡欲,见素抱朴,学道之工夫也。心清累释,足以尽瑕。绝情,足以静世。思欲俱泯,足以造道。素朴纯一,足以知天下安乐之法。日务少食宽衣,于二六时中,遇闲暇则入室蟠膝静坐,心无杂想,一念视中。丹书云:人心若与天心合,颠倒阴阳止片时。以心观道,道即心也。以道观心,心即道也。若能清心寡欲,久久行之,百病不生。此惟秋及冬至以后,行之尤妙。如春夏行持,春乃发生之时,夏乃阳气茂盛,儒云歌咏所以养性情,舞蹈所以养血脉,又不必静坐。宜夜眠早起,广步于庭,披发缓行,以使长生。食后宜动作舞蹈,亦宜节欲。古人冬至闭关以养微阳,斋戒掩身,以待阴阳之所定,是故起以待日光,此阳气闭藏之时,不可扰动筋骨,惟安调静养身体,则春夏诸病不生。情不动,精固则水朝元;心不动,气固火朝元;性寂则魂藏水朝元;情忘则魄伏金朝元;四大安和,则意定土朝元。此谓人有五气朝元。又经云:人能长清净,天地悉皆归。
