44  | 十年六月，疏請於馬莊集、曹家店各建石閘，束上游之水，並將駱馬湖入運處改在皁河以上䡐車頭，建閘挑渠，引水濟運。十字河竹絡壩開放後，黃水湍激，橫截運河，糧艘提溜為難。當於竹谿壩下束黃壩迤東接堤堵截，別於蘇家閘南濬河越黃入運，從之。十一年，署江南河道總督。十二年，命偕大學士高斌按浙江巡撫常安貪婪狀。坐未窮治，奪官，命留任。尋調河東河道總督。十七年，疏言：「運河堤未設堡房。請視黃河例，每二里建堡房，都計四百餘座。」十九年，坐江南總河任內浮費工銀，奪官。旋卒。 |
