3  | 藍尾酒白樂天元日對酒詩云：「三盃藍尾酒，一碟膠牙餳。」又云：「老過占他藍尾酒，病餘收得到頭身。」「歲盞後推藍尾酒，春盤先勸膠牙餳。」《荊楚歲時記》云，「膠牙者，取其堅固如膠也。」而藍尾之義，殊不可曉。《河東記》載申屠澄與路傍茅舍中老父、嫗及處女環火而坐，嫗自外挈酒壺至曰：「以君冒寒，且進一杯。」澄因揖，遜曰：「始自主人翁，即巡澄，當婪尾。」蓋以藍為婪，當婪尾者，謂最在後飲也。葉少蘊《石林燕語》云：「唐人言藍尾多不同，藍字多作啉，出於侯白《酒律》，謂酒巡匝，末坐者連飲三杯，為藍尾，蓋未坐遠，酒行到常遲，故連飲以慰之，以啉為貪婪之意。或謂啉為燷，如鐵入火，貴其出色，此尤無稽。則唐人自不能曉此義。」葉之說如此。予謂不然，白公三杯之句，只為酒之巡數耳，安有連飲者哉？侯白滑稽之語，見於《啟顏錄》。《唐．藝文志》，白有《啟顏錄》十卷、《雜語》五卷，不聞有《酒律》之書也。蘇鶚《演義》亦引其說。 |
