111  | ○丙子，上谓中书省臣曰：「任人之道，因材而授职，譬如良工之于木，小、大、曲、直各当其用，则无弃材。夫人亦然，有大器者或乏小能、或有小能不足以当大事用之者，在审察其宜耳。骅骝之材，能历险致远，若使攫兔，不如韩庐；铅刀之割，能破朽腐，若解全牛，必资利刃。故国家用人，当各因其材，不可一律也。不然，则人材不得尽其用，而朝廷有乏人之患矣！」 |
