29  | 振掌事者之馀财，振犹抍也，检也。掌事谓以王命有所作为。先言敛币后言振财，互之。○抍，音拯。 |
| 30 | ［疏］「振掌」至「馀财」○释曰：振者，抍也，检也。以财与之谓之抍，知其足剩谓之检。掌事奉王命有所造为，故职币检掌事者。有馀则受取，故云「振掌事者之馀财」。○注「振犹」至「互之」○释曰：知「掌事谓以王命有所作为」者，以其上经官府已下是其国家常事，此别言掌事，是王命有所作为。又云「先言「敛币后言振财，互之」者，凡用国家财物，皆先振而后敛。今于上文直言敛不言振，亦振之，下言振财有馀，亦敛之可知，故言互之也。 |
