93  | 会聚饮食曰酺酺之为言哺也以食曰餔以饮曰酺诗曰以开百室郑氏菚曰百室出必共洫而耕入必共族而居又有祭酺合醵之观周礼族师祭酺注酺者为人物灾害之神田有蝗螟厩有马瘟皆祭之祭毕而合饮遂名为酺也校人冬祭马步杜子春云步即酺也则其音当为步也春秋纬云酒者乳也王者法酒旗以布政施天乳以哺人后世酺祭废而群饮有禁汉世有赐酺之典丘文庄谓禁民饮尚不可况导之使饮乎吁终岁勤动岂无一日之欢牛饮以亡殷虎酣以败楚者酒也三爵而将德百拜以成礼者亦酒也奚可因未流之乱而废本始之治因庸医而废药因庸将而废兵可乎我朝制不立酒禁不赐酺恩但教民无多种秫以妨民食斯则张弛之道同于文武而过于漠唐矣 |
