30  | 凡草木之苗皆可茹也先辩其味而已 入口平淡酸者无不可食其辛辣者以矾水浸之亦可食苦者置之可也又按花木考言㸃苍山有髙河菜莱州之龙须菜嵇含所言绰菜优殿菜广州之鸡侯菜东坡之藤叶即今之滑菜也考亭之蔊菜即蔛菜也建武山涧亦有罕菜可食扈累尚能食菁葙芫花况薛令之之苜蓿乎即如今江南北之所谓破破衲丝荞荞枝荞荞野落篱油灼灼猪殃殃诸蒿诸根诸树头诸花瓣诸药草苗皆足茹也特人不能识或俗各异名耳 |
