8  | 夏四月戊辰，张浚被命入见。帝锐意恢复，浚乞即日降诏幸建康。帝以问史浩，浩对曰「先为备守，是为良规，议战议和，在彼不在此。傥听浅谋之士，时兴不教之师，敌退则论赏以邀功，敌至则敛兵而遁迹，取快一时，含冤万世」及退，诘浚曰「帝王之兵，当出万全，岂可尝试以图侥悻」复辩论于殿上。浚因内引奏浩意不可回，恐失机会。且谓金人至秋必为边患，当及其未发攻之。帝然其言，乃议出师渡淮，三省、枢密院不预闻。会李显忠、邵宏渊亦献捣虹县、灵璧之策，帝命先图二城。浚乃遣显忠出濠州，趋灵璧。宏渊出泗州，趋虹县。 |
