66  | 鄭文貞公魏徵寢疾，上遣使者問訊，賜以藥餌，相望於道。又遣中郎將李安儼宿其第，動靜以聞。使，疏吏翻。將，即亮翻。上復與太子同至其第，指衡山公主欲以妻其子叔玉。復，扶又翻。妻，七細翻。戊辰，徵薨，命百官九品以上皆赴喪，給羽葆鼓吹，陪葬昭陵李世民生时预建的坟墓。吹，昌瑞翻。其妻裴氏曰：「徵平生儉素，今葬以一品羽儀，非亡者之志。」悉辭不受，以布車載柩而葬。柩，音舊。上登苑西樓，長安禁苑之西樓也。望哭盡哀。上自製碑文，并為書石。為，于偽翻。上思徵不已，謂侍臣曰：「人以銅為鏡，可以正衣冠，以古為鏡，可以見興替，以人為鏡，可以知得失；魏徵沒，朕亡一鏡矣！」 |
