45  | 張洽為袁州司理。郡守入都吏之譖。籍倉吏二十餘家。坐以盜廩。令洽鞫之。洽密計倉庾所入以白守曰公之籍二十餘家者。以盜廩也。今較數歲中所入。巳豐於昔。則都吏之言妄矣。公豈肯受妄言。而濫籍無罪之人乎。郡守悟。倉吏得不籍。後通判池州。獄有張德修者。誤蹴人死。獄吏誣以故殺。洽請再鞫。守不聽。會提點常平袁甫至。時方大旱。禱不應。洽曰。漢晉以來。濫刑而致旱。伸冤而得雨。載諸方冊。可考也。今天大旱。焉知非為德修獄乎。甫為閱獄減其罪。複白郡請蠲稅緩征。以召和氣。三日果大雨。端平間除秘書郎直秘閣。子㯝檉俱進士。 |
