32  | ○庚申遣使赍敕谕西平侯沐英吉安侯陆仲亨平凉侯费聚南安侯俞通源四川都指挥使甯正楚雄卫指挥袁义大理卫指挥郑祥品甸卫指挥赖镇金齿卫指挥李观储杰等曰近御史李原名归自平缅朕听其所陈知百夷谲诈之详虽百千万言无一言可信由是观之蛮夷反欲窥伺中国为我边患符至可即葺垒金齿楚雄品甸及澜沧江中道须高城深池固其营栅多置火铳为守备贼来勿轻与战相机乃动往岁云南军中遣人至百夷多贪财货不察事势轻重张威贾勇贻笑诸蛮又因靖江王不才以大理印行令旨皆非道理致其侮慢上累朝廷继今不许一人往平缅惟静以待之彼若有文移则大略答之否则勿答应有职贡之物皆不得取如是数年之后则麓川之地可入版图矣卿等固守朕言毋怠 |
