43  | 天有所興，必先廢之。故殷宗、周宣，以衰致盛。是時也，王業中缺，大化陵遲，郡縣既毀，財匱禮乏，庭廟傾壞，壇場蕪穢，祭祀之禮有缺焉。於是鎮遠將軍領北地太守閺鄉亭侯段君，諱煨，字忠明，自武威占此土，憑託河華，二靈是與。故能以昭烈之德，享上將之尊。銜命持重，屯斯寄國。討叛柔服，威懷是示。 |
