70  | 錢士馨一名𠷓，字稚拙；平湖貢生。嘗暱金陵某妓，欲挾之歸；妓曰：『以君之才，妾侍箕帚，宜也。恨讀書尚少，願以異日』！士馨恥之，歸假東湖僧舍以居。夜讀「昭明文選」，一沙彌前曰：『秀才年不為少矣，尚讀此兔園冊子邪』！益恥之；發憤研究經史，多所撰述。舊說「周禮」「冬官」散見五官之中；士馨據「大、小戴記」、「春秋內、外傳」以補之，經生家以為篤論。晚入京師，遇寇變；著「甲申傳信錄」十卷，頗不失實。有「賡笳集詩」。 |
