《滋溪文稿卷第十》
20  | 國初，東平嚴侯興學作士，公往游焉，師事翰林承旨李公謙，故其為人廉靜溫雅。筮仕𥓘山文學掾，歷漷州學正、冀州教授，訓諸生有法。及見於用，則以洗冤澤物為心。嘗主婺州蘭谿簿，尉獲盜三十，械徇諸市。公曰：「盜無左驗，其孰信乎？」未幾，果得真盜，尉以是黜。累遷常州路推官，豪民黃甲恃財殺人，賂佃客坐之。公讞得其情，甲坐殺人者罪。御史潘昂霄、憲副王俁交薦其賢，擢拜西臺御史。關輔自許文正公倡鳴道學，以淑多士，公請於朝，建祠以表其功，築室以訓來學。涇陽民誣其尹不法，公核其實，抵民以罪。蜀僉憲以苛刻聞，公列其狀去之。善善惡惡，克協於理。 |
