28 | 皇唐六葉,開元神武皇帝再受命,致太平,乃封岱宗,禪社首,鑿石紀號,天文煥𤼵,儒臣志美,立碣祠壇曰:厥初生人,俶有君臣,其道茫昧,其風朴略,因時而欻起,與運而紛落,泯泯没没無聞焉爾。後代聖人取法象,立名位,衣裳以等之,甲兵以垣之,於是禮樂出而書記存矣,反其源,致敬乎天地,報其本,致美乎鬼神,則封禪者,帝王,受天命,告成功之為也,閲曩聖之奥訓,考列辟之通術,疇若天而不成,曷背道而靡失?由此推之,封禪之義有三,帝王之略有七七者何?傳不云道徳、仁義禮智、信乎順之稱聖哲逆之號狂悖。三者一位,當五行圖籙之序,二時㑹四海昇平之運,三徳具欽明文思之美,是謂與天合符,名不死矣,有一不足,而云封禪人,且未許其如天何?言舊史者,君莫道於陶唐、虞舜,臣莫徳於臯陶稷卨,三臣降徳,皆有天下,仲尼敘帝王之書,繫周秦之誓,明魯祀周公用王禮,秦承伯益接周綂,孔聖微㫖,不其效歟?然秦定天下之功,高享天禄之日,淺天而未忘,庭堅之徳也,故大命復集於皇家,天之贊唐,不惟舊哉!其興之也,𤣥靈啟迪黃,祗顧懷,應歸運以義,舉撫來蘇以利見湯也,無放夏之慙武也,無伐殷之戰,高祖創業,四宗重光,徳有格天,漏泉蒸雲,濡露菌蠢,滋育氤氲,涵煦若天地之覆,載日月之照臨,溥有形而歸景,罄無外而宅心,百有八年於兹矣!皇帝攘內難而啟新命,戴睿宗而纘舊服,宇宙更闢,朝廷始位,蓋羲軒氏之造皇圖也!九族敦序,百姓昭明,萬邦咸和,黎人於變,立土圭以步歴,革銅渾以正天,蓋唐虞氏之張帝道也,天地四時,六官著禮,井田三壤,五圻成賦,廣九廟以尊祖,定六律以和神,蓋三代之設王制也,武緯之文經之,聖謩之神化之,然猶戰戰兢兢,日慎一日,納規誨以進徳,遂忠良以代工,講習乎無為之書,討論乎集賢之殿,寵勇爵貴,經明翼乎鵷鸞之列,在庭毅乎貔豹之師居鄙,人和旁感,神寶沓至,乾符坤珍,千品萬類,超圖溢牒,未始聞記,我后以人瑞為心,不以物瑞為意,王公卿士,儼然進曰:休哉!陛下孝至於天,政合乎道,前年祈后土人,獲天穰間,嵗祀圜丘,日不掩朔,感祥以祈聖,因事以觀天,天人交合,其則不逺,意者喬丘掃路,望翠華之來,上帝儲恩,俟蒼璧之禮久矣,焉可專讓而廢舊勛?羣臣固言勤帝知罪,至於再,至於三,帝乃挹之曰:欽崇天道,俯率嘉話,恐徳不類,敢憚於勤,其撰巡狩之儀,求封禪之故,既而禮官不戒而備,軍政不謀而輯,天姥練日,雨師灑道,六甲按隊,八陣警蹕,孟冬仲旬,乗輿乃出,千旗雲引,萬㦸林行,雐濩燦爛,飛熖揚精,原野為之震動,草木為之風生,歴郡縣,省謠俗,問百年,舉百祀,興墜典,葺闕政,攸徂之人,室家相慶,萬方縱觀,千里如堵,城邑連歡,丘陵聚舞其中,垂白之老,樂過以泣,不圖蒿里之魂,復見乾封之事,堯雲往舜日還神,華靈鬱爛熳乎穹壤之間,是月來至於岱,祗祓齋宫,滌濯静室,凝神元覽,將款太一議。夫泰山者,聖帝受天官之宫,天孫揔人靈之府,自昔立國,莫知萬數,克升中而建號,惟七十而有五,我高宗六之而今七矣,非夫尊位盛時,明徳曠代,遼闊難并之甚哉,先時將臻,夫大封也,累封疆於高岡,築泰壇於陽趾,夫其天壇,三襲辰陛,十二咸秩,衆靈,列坐,有次崇牙,樹羽管磬,鏞鼓宫懸於重㙺之內,干戚鈒殳,鈎㦸戣戵,周位於四門之外,代國重器,傳代絶瑞,旅之於中庭,玉輦金轂,翠冒黃屋,夾之於端路,庶官百辟,羌夷蠻貊,褒成之後,讓王之客,序立於禮神之塲,髦頭弩牙,鐡馬金鏃,介胄如雪,旗幟如火,逺匝於清禁之野,於是乎以天正上元,法駕徐進,屯千乘於平路,留羣臣於谷口,皇帝御六龍,陟萬仭,獨與一二元老執事之人,出天門臨日,觀次沆●,宿巉巗,赤霄可接,白雲在下。庚寅,祀高祖於上封,以配上帝,命衆官於下位,以享衆神,皇帝冕裘登壇,奠獻俯僂,叶金奏,修羽舞,撞黃鍾,歌大吕,開閶闔與天語,清將信公,奉斗布度,懋建皇極,勤恤蒼生,昭嘏乎未兆,禳災乎未萌,上下傳節而禮成樂徧,福夀同歸,而帝賜神策,乃檢玉牒於中頂,揚柴燎於高天,庶忠誠之上,達若慿焰而駕煙,日轡,方旋,神心餘眷,五色雲起,拂馬以隨人,萬嵗山呼,從天而至地,越翌日尊睿宗,侑地祗而禮社首,遂張大樂、覲東后,國風惟舊,無黜幽削爵之誅,王澤惟新有𤯝災大賚之慶,不浹日至,化洽於人心,不崇朝,景福遍於天下,然後藏金匱於祏室,迴玉鸞於上都,煌煌乎真聖朝之能事,而高代之盛節者也。於斯之時,華戎殊俗,異音同歡,曰兵合多雨,山峻多雲,豈有大舉百萬之師,剋期千里之外,及行事之日,則天無㸃翳,地無纎塵,嚴冬變為韶,景寒風鬱為和氣,非至徳其孰能動天如此其順者乎?昔人云:自西自東,自南自北,無思不服。今信之,聖人作而萬物覩其心,服之之謂矣。或曰:祭泰祈,主先后,非禮歟?曰:是禮也,非宜也。王者父事天,母事地,侑神崇孝,無嫌可也。且夫柴瘞外事,帝王主之,蒸嘗內事,后姤助之,是開元正人倫,革弊禮起,百王之法也。故人千載,睹末光,聆絶韻,咀甘實,潄芳潤,爍元妙之至精,流不已之淑聲,臣說作頌,告於神明,四皇墳而六帝,典雖吉甫,亦莫能名,徒採彼輿人之詩曰:大矣哉!維天為大,惟皇則之,率我萬國,受天之祺,子孫百代,人神共保綏之云爾而已矣! |
