273  | 運道有源，疏瀹是亟，顧水之為物，恒雨則溢，恒暘則乾，伏秋常有餘，春夏常不足，蓄盈濟絀，此水櫃之所由設也。盜決有誅，占種有禁，非時之耗減有罰出納之謹，蓋如筦庫然矣。明尚書宋公既疏會通河，乃以昭陽、馬場、南旺、安山為四大水櫃，自後河濟㫁流，新泇載闢，津移瀆改，今昔較殊。夫昭陽昔在運左則為櫃，今在運右則為壑，韓莊一脈，僅涓流濗注耳，馬場納汶易而納泗南旺，瀦濟易而瀦汶安山一湖，源竭土疏，至不可櫃，安得泥舊迹而求之哉？獨山本非故櫃，而泉流蓄聚，足資灌輸，所謂無櫃之名，有櫃之實也。今備舉而列之：曰昭陽，曰獨山，曰馬場，曰南旺，曰蜀山，曰馬踏，而安山之廢瀦，謹附見於後，而不敢彊名以櫃者，志信也。至於匯泉成流，截流濟運，閘壩之設，各有所宜，既已列之津程，而仍舉最要者以申明之，庶㡬節防之功與貯蓄同其慎重云。 |
