《卷二十二 兵略訓》
30  | 夫將者，必獨見獨知。獨見者，見人所不見也；獨知者，知人所不知也。見人所不見，謂之明；知人所不知，謂之神。明者，先勝者也。先勝者，守不可攻，戰不可勝，者攻不可，虛實是也。上下有隙，將吏不相，所持不直，卒心積不服，積怨不服之也。所謂虛也。主明將良，上下同心，氣意俱起，所謂實也。若以水投火，所當者，所薄者移，牢柔不相通而勝相奇，虛實之謂也。故善戰者不在少，善守者不在小，勝在得威，敗在失氣。夫實則鬬，虛則走，盛則強，衰則北。吳王夫差地方二千里，帶甲七十萬，南與越戰，棲之會稽，北與齊戰，破之艾陵，西遇晉公，擒之黃池，晉公，謂平侯也。擒之，服晉。此用民氣之實也。其後驕溢縱欲，拒諫喜諛，憢悍遂過，憢，勇急也。不可正喻，大臣怨懟，百姓不附，越王選卒三千人，擒之于隧，因制其虛也。 |
