50  | ［疏］「其奴」至「舂𧦬」○釋曰：云「男子入于罪隸」者，則《司隸職》中國之隸謂之罪隸百二十人者是也。云「女子入于舂槀」者，《地官》舂人、槀人是也。○注「鄭司」至「同名」○釋曰：先鄭引《尚書》「予則奴戮女」及《論語》「箕子為之奴」，皆與此經奴為一。若後鄭義。《尚書》奴，奴為子，若《詩》「樂爾妻奴」，奴即子也。後鄭不破者，亦得為一義。云「《春秋傳》」者，《左氏傳》襄公二十三年云：「初，裴豹，隸也，著於丹書。欒氏之力臣曰督戎，國人懼之。斐豹謂宣子：『茍焚丹書，我殺督戎。』」引之者，證隸為奴。云「玄謂奴男女從坐沒入縣官者」，謂身遭大罪，合死，男女沒入縣官。漢時名官為縣官，非謂州縣也。 |
