18  | 又有《自省编》，昼之所為，夜必書之，其不可書者，則不為也。其他若天文、地理、典章、制度、食貨、刑法、字學、音韻、醫經、術數之說，亦靡不該貫，旁而釋、老之言，亦洞究其蘊。嘗謂：「學者孰不曰闢異端，苟不深探其隱，而識其所以然，能辨其同異，別其是非也幾希。」又嘗句讀《九經》、《儀禮》及《春秋三傳》，於其宏綱要領，錯簡衍文，悉別以鉛黃朱墨，意有所明，則表而見之。其後吳師道購得呂祖謙點校《儀禮》，視謙所定，不同者十有三條而已。謙不喜矜露，所為詩文，非扶翼經義，張維世教，則未嘗輕筆之書也。 |
