《刑法一》
15  | 惠帝二年，制曰：「今法有誹謗妖言之罪，過誤之言，以為妖言。是使眾臣不敢盡情，而上無由聞過失也。其除之。」又制：「上造以上及內外公孫耳孫，有罪當刑及當城旦舂者，皆耐為鬼薪、白粲。上造，爵滿十六者也。內外公孫，謂王侯內外孫也。耳孫，玄孫之子也，言已遠，但耳聞之也。今以上造有功勞，內外孫有骨血屬郓，施德布惠，故事從其輕也。城旦，旦起行理城。舂者，婦人不參外徭，但舂作米。皆四歲刑也。今皆就鬼薪、白粲。鬼薪，已具上。白粲，坐擇米，使正白為粲。皆三歲刑也。人年七十已上若不滿十歲，有罪當刑者，完之。」不加肉刑髡鬄也。若，參及之言也。謂七十以上及不滿十歲以下，皆完。除挾書律。挾，藏也。秦律：「敢挾書者，棄市。」 |
