11  | 何廷魁，字汝謙，山西威遠衛人。萬曆二十九年進士。授涇縣知縣，調寧晉，遷刑部主事，歷歸德、衛輝、河南知府，西寧副使。坐考功法，復為黎平知府。會遼事棘，遷副使，分巡遼陽。袁應泰納降，廷魁爭，不聽。及沈陽破，同事者遣孥歸，廷魁曰：「吾不敢為民望。」大清兵渡濠，廷魁請乘半濟急擊之。俄薄城，圍未合，又請盡銳出禦。應泰並不從。遼陽破，廷魁懷印率其妾高氏、金氏投井死，婢僕從死者六人。都司徐國全聞之，亦自經公署。事聞，贈光祿卿，再贈大理卿，賜祭葬，謚忠愍，世廕錦衣百戶。國全贈恤如制。 |
