| 39 | 安定胡濦，家于河東郡，以文學知名。大和七年春登進士第。時賈餗為禮部侍郎。後二年，文宗皇帝擢餗相國事。是歲冬十月，京兆亂，餗與宰臣涯已下俱遁去。有詔捕甚急。時中貴人仇士良護左禁軍，命部將執兵以窮其迹。部將謂士良曰：「胡濦受賈工餗恩，今當匿在濦所，願驍健士五百，環其居以取之。」士良可其請。於是，部將擁兵至濦門，召濦出，厲聲曰：「賈餗在君家，君宜立出。不然，與餗同罪。」濦度其勢，不可以理屈，抗辭拒之。部將怒，執濦詣士良，戮於轅門之外。時濦弟湘在河東郡，是日，湘及家人見一人，無首，衣綠衣，衣有血濡之跡，自門而入，步至庭。湘大恐，命家人逐之，遽不見。越三日，而凶問至。 |
