293  | 施邦曜，字尔韬；馀姚人。万历癸丑进士。天启初，为工部主事。时魏璫擅权，曹郎皆奔走门下；邦曜独不往，忠贤衔之。乃亟请补外，出知漳州府。明爽廉干，被服布素而丰仪峻整，人不敢干以私。下车，首锄诸豪强不法者。赈旱荒、平盐政，威惠并行；漳人呼为「施青天」。海寇刘香、李魁奇猖獗，邦曜筑万松关、起镇门两刨台，护以城；募勇士，出其不意攻之，香自𠚥。魁奇大恐，请抚，求如郑芝龙故事；邦曜谓巡抚邹维琏曰：『闽蠹一之为甚，其可再乎』？卒与维琏讨平之。历升通政使。 |
