5  | 樞密使知院事同知院事樞密副使簽書院事同簽書院事樞密使知院事，佐天子執兵政，而同知、副使、簽書為之貳。凡邊防軍旅之常務，與三省分班稟奏；事干國體，則宰相、執政官合奏；大祭祀則迭為獻官。 |
| 7 | 建炎初，置御營司，以宰相為之使。四年，罷，以其事歸樞密院機速房，命宰相範宗尹兼知樞密院。紹興七年，詔：「樞密本兵之地，事權宜重。可依故事置樞密使，以宰相張浚兼之。」又詔立班序立依宰相例。其後或兼或否。至開禧，以宰臣兼使，遂為永制。使與知院，同知、副使，亦或並除，其簽書、同簽書並為端明殿學士，恩數特依執政，或以武臣為之，亦異典也。 |
