辛丑嘉佑六年春三月乙酉，召辅臣观御书『兑州至圣文宣王庙』榜。癸巳，赐进士王俊民等一百三十九人及第，五十四人同出身，诸科一百二人及第，并同出身。己亥，宰臣富弼以母丧去位。庚子，以富弼母丧，罢大燕。时同知礼院晏成裕言：『君臣之义，哀乐所同。请罢春燕，以表优恤大臣之产杰按：产字疑误。意。』上亟从其言。
