2  | 二月庚寅朔。壬辰，诏以去秋旱歉，赈京畿粟三十万石；其元和六年春赈贷百姓粟二十四万石，并宜放免。辛丑，尚书省重定左、右仆射上事仪注。壬寅，以兵部侍郎许孟容为河南尹。辛亥，山南西道节度使裴玢卒。癸丑，入蕃使不得与私觌正员官，量别支给以充私觌。旧使绝域者，许卖正员官十馀员，取货以备私觌，虽优假远使，殊非典法，故革之。敕：「钱重物轻，为弊颇甚，详求适变，将以便人。所贵缗货通行，里闾宽恤。宜令群臣各随所见利害状以闻。」三月己未。辛酉，以惠昭太子葬，罢曲江上巳宴。庚午，以旱，敕诸司疏决系囚。 |
