36  | 庚申，以行并州都督李世绩为通汉道行军总管，旧书李绩传作「通漠道」，当从之。后高宗朝裴行俭遣兵由通漠道掩取阿史那伏念辎重。兵部尚书李靖为定襄道行军总管，华州刺史柴绍为金河道行军总管，华，户化翻。灵州大都督薛万彻为畅武道行军总管，畅武，非地名也。营州边于东胡，故命万彻为总管，使之宣畅威武，以美名宠之耳。新书帝纪作营州都督薛万淑。众合十馀万，皆受世绩节度，分道出击突厥。 |
